Sustain
Our flagship bespoke extended aftercare programme provides early career support for underrepresented on-screen talent following their debut major film or TV credit, in a lead or supporting lead role.
Sustain is a 24 month talent development and aftercare programme for actors who have entered the industry through non-traditional routes such as street casting & other alternative pathways.
The programme provides a bespoke approach focusing on the individual talent & how to expand on their skill set while enhancing their potential.
We provide each participant with a wide variety of tangible resources tailored to their needs. This may include but not exclusively: audition support & equipment; workshops in wellbeing & empowerment, career development and financial literacy; spotlight membership; showreels & headshots, 1:1 career support & mentoring; & much more.
Sustain is designed to support not only the talent but also the project in which they are in by alleviating some of the pressure on the production. Specifically, around helping the talent transition into industry. We work alongside agents & production companies to ensure talent can build towards a sustainable career in the creative industries.
Committed to pastoral care, equity and legacy building - the programme facilitates the bridging of the talent from the first access point of their initial screen credit to a long-term creative career.
